Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are wasting no time in solidifying their future plans together. After months of searching for the perfect home for their blended family, they seem to have finally found it.
According to TMZ, the two lovebirds are set to spend more than $50 million on a massive nearly 20,000-square-foot estate in Bel-Air, Los Angeles.
And it looks like despite the steep price tag, they’re still going to strike a deal for the gargantuan property that will offer their kids plenty of space to play.
The property first went up for sale in February for a whopping $65 million.
In 2016, Todd Lemkin, a Texas hedge fund manager, bought the traditional home for $27.6 million. So it looks like he’s walking away with a win from hell – a win-win for everyone.
The property consists of 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms and is set in a secluded spot surrounded by trees for maximum privacy.
