The “Let’s Get Loud” singer was spotted holding hands with Ben’s 10-year-old son Samuel when looking for an apartment. J.Lo wore what appeared to be a navy blue and green flannel dress, while Ben wore a dark sweater and khakis. Samuel held Jennifer’s hand as the trio stepped onto the balcony of a prospective home and saw how pleased they were with the view.

While still looking for a flat in Los Angeles, the soon-to-be married couple were spotted walking out of a large property and getting into a black Range Rover as Ben was the perfect gentleman and held the car door open for him lady! Both kept things casual but stylish again for the outing, with J.Lo spreading early childhood vibes in a long gray duster and dark flared jeans, while Ben opted for a navy button-down and khakis.
It looks like the couple are still searching for their ideal space. Before today and when the following photo was taken on April 15th, they were spotted out and about in search of the perfect place to call home. The Town actor, 49, and the “Dear Ben” singer, 52, were spotted on Friday touring some swanky properties in the Los Angeles area, this time even a house right next door KylieJenner! The newly engaged couple were photographed outside of the $43 million listed property, which would put them close to the 24-year-old’s $36.5 million resort-style home on Mapleton Drive.

The pair bonded sweetly on tour – they apparently can’t pack enough PDAs since they got engaged! Jennifer revealed in her On the JLo newsletter that Ben popped the question with an exquisite green diamond ring valued at over $5 million! She teased the engagement news as a “very special” and “personal” story to share via an Instagram video, urging her fans to subscribe to the newsletter for all the updates.
The “Get Right” singer detailed how it all went in a newsletter post. “I was totally unprepared and just looked into his eyes, smiling and crying at the same time, trying really hard to figure out that this was happening again after 20 years, I was literally speechless, and he said, ‘Is that a yes ?’ I said YES, of course, that’s a YES,” she shared.
