Jennifer Lopez has opened up about her romance with fiancé Ben Affleck and their plans to “build a family” together in an emotional interview in which she gushed about the couple’s “deep love”.

The pop star leads the new program, developed in partnership with Goldman Sachs and nonprofit Grameen America, that provides financial assistance to low-income Latin American women trying to start new businesses.
Lopez, who was born and raised in the Bronx of Puerto Rican immigrants, broke down in tears as she spoke about the “importance” of the initiative and the “positive” impact it will have on those facing so many “injustices.” were.
“It’s important to me,” she said of the loan program while breaking down in tears. “When you get a little older you understand the meaning behind things and you’ve seen enough… you’ve had your own struggle, you’ve seen enough injustices.
“I just feel like this country needs more love and positivity and people who want to do good and not fight each other and just reach out to each other. That’s important to me.”

When asked why she thinks Latina women are “important” to the country, J.Lo said, “They’re just tough. They are made of a certain substance. They’re entrepreneurial, they’re inventive, they’re creative.”

Lopez’s appearance on GMA came just hours after the premiere of her new Netflix documentary, Halftime, at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City on Wednesday night.
