“I learned to be a better baker.” I learned that it's okay to take time for myself mentally, physically and emotionally. Prayed and manifested a lot. Belly laughed harder than ever.

Added: “Had the longest cold of my life.” Forced to have more faith than normal. I've learned to love working out as a benefit to my mental health. Took a risk for myself and my bigger dreams.

“Said deeper in grief and was able to let go more.” “I felt my mother around us and saw signs of it,” Jennifer said.

Her mother, Patricia Mae Hewitt, died of complications from cancer in 2012 at the age of 67.

“I have said goodbye to things that are not positive in my life and made room for many good things in 2024. I celebrated 10 years with my husband.” Got a few tattoos. And I really let myself be taught everything I needed to learn. And here I am. Happy, blessed, grateful and full of hope.

She concluded: “I will pray that our world will be better this year and everyone will see less pain, fear and heartache. 'Love and Happy New Year!'
