Jeremy Renner has been hospitalized after an accident in the United States. The soon to be 52-year-old star of the Avengers saga, best known for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel film series, was involved in a serious accident while taking part in a snow removal operation in Nevada, where he owns a home.
He was flown to a nearby hospital.
“We can confirm that Jeremy is in critical but stable condition following injuries related to a weather-related accident while assisting with a snow removal operation,” a spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter.
The 51-year-old actor took part in a snow removal operation near Mt Rose Ski Tahoe ski resort in Nevada. A state hit by the violent snowstorm that has been sweeping the United States for several days.

In mid-December, the actor shared a photo of the snow on Twitter and wrote, “Snowfall on Lake Tahoe is no joke. »
“His family is with him and he’s been followed very well,” adds the rep for the one revealed in the 2009 film, Kathryn Bigelow’s ‘Minesweepers’. A role for which he was nominated for an Oscar.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the circumstances of the accident.
