Jeremy RennerThe recovery from his snow plow accident continues well – so much so that the guy is walking again… albeit with a little technical help.

The actor posted a video on Sunday showing him strutting his stuff on an anti-gravity treadmill. The reason we know this — aside from just looking at it — is because JR himself alludes to the fact that he only uses a certain percentage of his bodyweight when training his legs.

Look… it sounds like he’s getting quite a bit of support, but it’s heartening to see him getting up and moving like this – especially since the incident happened just a few months ago.

Jeremy also had a great caption that further elaborates on how he’s doing. He writes: “I now have to find OTHER things to fill my time so that my body can recover from my will.”

In other words, he wants to go into rehab harder than his body sometimes allows — but the fact that he works hard, frankly, comes naturally to him. The guy is a workaholic and you can clearly see he wants to get back to normal as soon as possible… and hopefully will be soon.

Again, it’s remarkable how far he’s come since January…when he was crushed by a giant machine that nearly killed him. Remember him broken over 30 bones and required major surgery. Since then he’s been on the alert… document also his journey.

Get better buddy. You are on the right track.
