Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick hospitalized ‘out of stress’ over divorce from estranged husband Chris Larangeira: ‘I’m not fine at all’
Angelina Pivarnick was hospitalized “from stress” as she shared an update about her health with fans on Instagram earlier this week while she was hooked up to IVs.
The 35-year-old reality star said she was “not doing well at all” just two months after her estranged husband Chris Larangeira filed for divorce after two years of marriage. Their wedding was featured on the popular MTV show Jersey Shore.
“I have to get better. My health comes first,” she said from her hospital bed. “My immune system has been really weak from all the stress I’ve been going through over the past few months.”

“I wouldn’t wish that pain on anyone in the world. I hope this too passes, and I hope brighter days lie ahead.’
She added: “Stress is definitely a killer. No one lives in my bones and can understand the pain I’ve had to endure lately…there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
“Soon I will see the light. I’m just waiting to see it. I have kept prayers and God closer than ever and I know He has big plans for me.
His latest filing comes less than six months after the couple tried to reconcile in the summer of 2021 and nearly a year after Angelina filed her own divorce papers, but she eventually withdrew the papers.

At the time of their reconciliation, Angelina told Page Six, “I said to myself, ‘I’m not going to get a divorce. I will try everything in my power to save my marriage, no matter what it is.”
When she first filed for divorce in January 2021, she claimed their falling out had negatively impacted her sex life, prompting him to briefly move out of the shared home.
“It was very difficult. Tough is just an understatement,” Pivarnick said of her marital troubles at the time. “The whole thing, since the day he took off his clothes and came back in, it’s been just a whirlwind of weirdness for both of us.”

Pivarnick attempted to reconcile with Chris in September, giving him an ultimatum to enter couples therapy or get out.
“That was it for me. If he didn’t want to go to therapy with me, I was done,” she recalled. “At first he really didn’t want to go to therapy. It was like pulling teeth. At some point this season you’ll see that I was like, ‘Listen, if you don’t go with me, it’s over. It’s over.” He realized, “I have to go.”
The couple began dating in 2016 and married in November 2019.
