Jessica Alba has been with Cash Warren for almost 20 years.
And now the Into The Blue actress is revealing some of the secrets to a long-lasting relationship, having met 19 years ago and tying the knot four years later.
The 42-year-old Hollywood star – who has Honor, 15, Haven, 12, and Hayes, 5, with her husband, told Entertainment Tonight it was an open conversation.
“I think sometimes it’s communication, sometimes it’s communication,” she said while promoting her new TV show Honest Renovations.

Alba has also said that they “see things differently,” but they “just talk it out and we always come to a solution.”
She added, “We’re rational people… We know compromise. It’s an art.”
Cash recently admitted their romance isn’t always easy.
The 44-year-old producer admitted their relationship goes through “cycles”.
During an appearance on the Whine Down podcast, Cash shared, “You can go through months where the energy just drains.” It’s not like you were actively struggling during those months, but your energy was drained.
“Just having the patience to know that eventually everything will come back together and the energies will realign.”

Warren also revealed that he and Alba briefly broke up their relationship after “four years” because of his jealousy issues.
He said that when they “first started dating,” he was “really jealous of other guys and the attention she got from other guys.”
Warren added, “It just didn’t make me feel good.” “I’ve always been a pretty confident person … And the next thing I look up and I’m constantly jealous.”
Jealousy led to them breaking up briefly after he started turning into an asshole.
