Jessica was at the event to promote her upcoming psychological thriller, Mothers’ Instinct.
The feature film is a remake of the 2018 French-language film of the same name, directed by Olivier Masset-Depasse.
The original film was also based on Barbara Abel’s novel Behind the Hate, published in 2012.
Mother’s Instinct centers on a couple of housewives whose friendship is affected by a traumatic incident.
The main characters of the feature film are portrayed by Jessica and Anne Hathaway, and the two also serve as producers on the project.
In addition to the actresses, Josh Charles and Anders Danielsen Lie will appear in supporting roles.

The film’s lead actors were first linked to the project in October 2020, and Masset-Depasse was originally set to direct.
