Jey Uso was previously part of the Bloodline and helped Roman Reigns defend the WWE Undisputed World Championship on multiple occasions. However, in 2023, he left the clan because he turned against Reigns along with Jimmy Uso, his twin brother. Then Jimmy betrayed Jey. Cody's long war against the Bloodline flared up again heading into WWE WrestleMania.
On The Jackie Redmond Show, Jey Uso was asked to give his thoughts on the latest developments with the Bloodline and her feud with her former partner Cody Rhodes.
He explains:
“Look at these fools. I'm so glad I'm no longer part of it. But Cody, bro, if you need help, I'm here, bro. Call me. If anyone knows how they go down, Uce, it's me. But I'm telling you, brother, we need more soldiers, Cody. We need more soldiers if we want to take on the bloodline, Uce. I'm telling you, they do that anyway. We need six or seven more. »
Jey was also asked to comment on a possible scenario in which he would have to choose between Rhodes and his family.
He continues:
“I would 100% choose Cody. They beat me and threw me out. Why would I want…? Cody showed me some love, man. »
Jey Uso's choice is clear: he's ready to defend Cody Rhodes against his cousin Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 40. But we now know that we can never be sure about members of the bloodline.
