“We recently learned that we are expecting our third baby. We were all excited! ‘ wrote to their own website at the time.
“It was fun to see so much joy in the boys’ faces as we shared the news with them.
“They were full of questions and so excited as we talked about pregnancy and how they will be involved along the way and after the baby is born. A few days later, however, we had a miscarriage.
“Although it was too early to say the sex of the baby, we chose a name that we think encompasses the meaning of our baby and the life we will always remember: River Bliss Dillard.”
They explained that the name river symbolizes “calm”, adding: “Rivers are often a peaceful, beautiful escape from nature.”
“We chose Bliss as a middle name because our baby lives in perfect bliss with God and was such a gift that brought us great joy and happiness, even if only with us here on earth for a short time,” they continued.
