Buffett later reported that he would return home the next day and relax with friends before planning more shows.
“Thank you so much for the great support and well wishes.” “I’m going home tomorrow for a while and then going on a fishing trip with old friends, paddling and sailing and getting back in shape,” he said in a post on his Facebook -page published statement.
“I’m excited to announce a new date for Charleston as well as some new shows! ‘Fins up!’

“I had a sudden change of plans this week that affected all of us. Two days ago I had just returned from a trip to the Bahamas recovering from the “winter tour” in California and was itching to get to Charleston. “I had to stop in Boston for a checkup but ended up back in the hospital to deal with some issues that needed immediate attention,” he said in a statement.
“Aging is not for wimps, I promise you.” I also promise you that when I’m well enough to perform, I will in the Land of Crab Soup.
“You all make my life more meaningful and fulfilling than I could have ever imagined as a toe-headed little boy on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.” Thank you for your prayers and thoughts, your amazing years of faithfulness, and remember: “NOT YET !” Greetings to all!’
The Margaritaville hitmaker was also briefly hospitalized in September when he had to cancel his five remaining concerts in 2022: “As per doctor’s orders, he needs to take this time to recover and heal.”
