Jimmy Kimmel opened up about Aaron Rodgers on his first show of the new year after the Jets QB suggested on “The Pat McAfee Show” last week that Kimmel's name would appear in documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.

The comment sparked a firestorm of controversy and the late-night host didn't hold back, opening Monday night's “Jimmy Kimmel Live” with a roughly seven-minute monologue in which he mocked Rodgers and urged him to apologize.

“When you hear a guy who won a Super Bowl and did all the State Farm commercials say something like that,” Kimmel said, referring to Rodgers' Epstein comments, “a lot of people believe that.” A lot of delusional ones People honestly believe that I meet Tom Hanks and Oprah at Shakies once a week to eat pizza and drink the blood of children.

“And I know this because I hear about these people a lot, my wife hears about them. My children hear about them. My poor mailman hears about these people. And now, thanks to Aaron Rodgers, we’re hearing from a lot more of them.”

Kimmel then suggested that Rodgers either really believed what he said was true, or “he doesn't really believe it, and that he just said it because he's mad at me for being upset about his hair bun.” and made fun of his lies about vaccination.”

The late-night host also suggested that Rodgers' biggest criticism was that he made fun of a conspiracy theory about him, that UFO news was being published to distract from the Epstein list, and that the comment was retaliatory be for it.

“Aaron Rodgers has a very high opinion of himself. Because he had success on the football field, he considers himself an extraordinary being,” Kimmel later said.

The sharp-tongued attack continued as Kimmel mocked Rodgers for believing he was smarter than scientists during the COVID-19 pandemic, joking that “the idea that his brain is just average is unfathomable.”

“Aaron had two A's on his report card and both were in the word 'Aaron,'” Kimmel added.

He then acknowledged that Rodgers was entitled to his opinion, but in his opinion drew the line between making up lies and dismissed Pat McAfee's comments that it should just be trash talk.

“Saying someone is a pedophile is not an opinion, nor is it trash talk. “Sorry, Pat McAfee,” Kimmel added.

Kimmel said he would accept an apology from Rodgers if anyone got in his way.

“If I do something wrong, which happens on rare occasions, do you know what I do? I apologize,” Kimmel said. “That’s what Aaron Rodgers should do, what any decent human being would do. But I bet he won't. If so, do you know what I'll do? I will accept his apology and move on. But he probably won't do that. I suspect he won’t apologize.”

Rodgers is waiting to address the situation until he's back on the McAfee show on Tuesday, essentially declining to answer a question on the topic when it came up during his Jets year-end media release on Monday.

“I’ll talk about it on the show tomorrow. Tune in,” Rodgers said from a podium at the Jets’ practice facility.

The war between Kimmel and Rodgers flared up again last week when the Jets QB suggested that Kimmel's name was part of the recently released Epstein documents.

“That should be out soon,” Rodgers said during his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Jan. 2. “A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping this doesn’t come out.”

And the comedian responded immediately, threatening legal action in a post on X later that same night.

Kimmel's name has not appeared in any of the documents and has never before been linked to the late pedophile.

Rodgers and Kimmel have been embroiled in an ongoing feud that dates back to 2021, when Kimmel hounded Rodgers on his late-night talk show about the future Hall of Famer's vaccination status.
