Jodie Turner Smith And Joshua Jackson take on new roles as co-parents.
The “Queen & Slim” actress has filed for divorce from the Dawson’s Creek alum after four years of marriage.
The one filed in Los Angeles and obtained by E! News on October 2, Jodie cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and filed for joint custody of their three-year-old daughter. The documents also list September 13 as the date the duo split.
E! News has reached out to Jodie and Joshua’s representatives for comment.
Back in March, during an exclusive interview with E! News: Joshua, 45, shared insights into his relationship with the 37-year-old, whom he secretly married in August 2019. At the time, Jodie was also pregnant with her first child, whose name was not released.
“The most surprising thing is that it is much more homey than it looks from the outside,” shared the Dr. Death Star with. “The house is very, very baby and family oriented.”
“Honestly, it’s pretty spectacular,” he added. “Mom loves dressing up and I don’t mind dressing up and standing next to her. But this child together is pretty magical.”
