Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have listed their stunning mansion in Miami’s exclusive Bay Point neighborhood for a whopping $17 million.
The 33-year-old musician and the 26-year-old Game of Thrones actress moved to Miami from Los Angeles last September when they bought the waterfront property for $11 million.
It comes weeks after Joe and Sophie – who welcomed their second child earlier this year – were spotted house hunting in New York City.

Joe and Sophie’s nearly 10,500-square-foot home has six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.
The corner lot is located in the “ultra exclusive gated community Bay Point” and rests on a 37 acre corner lot.
Built in the 1980s, it is listed as reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations.

Wright is a legendary architect who pioneered the “Prairie Style” aesthetic.
To give the interior a little makeover, Joe and Sophie hired renowned interior designer Sarah Ivory, who happens to be Carl Gambino’s wife.
They also made several other interior and exterior updates, such as the landscaping.
The sprawling property had an abundance of nature thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the living room, master bathroom and master bedroom.

The vertical gardens replaced the once abundant water features in the atrium entrance.
