Joe Jonas has filed to dismiss his Miami divorce case with Sophie Turner and the couple have agreed to settle the split privately after mediation.
The 34-year-old singer recently reached a custody agreement with the 27-year-old actress over their two daughters and has now filed a motion in Miami to dismiss his request for a dissolution.
The court documents say the former couple have reached “various agreements” and plan to “seek an amicable resolution of any issues,” Page Six reports.
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1, with sources close to him claiming Turner had been partying too much and leaving him alone to care for their daughters.
Turner shot back, accusing Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.

“Following a productive and successful placement, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving homes in the US and the UK,” Joe and Sophie said in a joint statement.
“We look forward to being great co-parents,” the couple added.

The former couple, who said in the filing that they had reached an “amicable” agreement, will spend two weeks each with their daughters until January.
They are also allowed to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Turner can take the girls to England, which she says will be their “forever home”.
While Jonas is allowed to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will spend Christmas with them in the UK with their family.
The agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner from October 4th to 7th. The decision regarding custody of the children is intended to pave the way for the couple’s divorce to be finalized.
The court filing from Turner’s attorney, Stephen Cullen, said the mediation was “ongoing and productive” and that the division of custody was “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”
Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to “lower the mercury” made at a court hearing in New York last week.

Under the previous restraining order, the girls had to remain in New York.
The second preliminary plea agreement, which both sides asked for a judge’s approval, said both sides agreed the girls would be with Turner from Oct. 9 to Oct. 21.
Turner can travel with them “temporarily” to any location in the US or UK, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be “transferred” to Jonas.

Jonas will be with the children until November 2nd, when he or their nanny will take them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, meaning the girls can join him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.
During these dates, the group is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas and make stops in Southern California in San Diego and Anaheim.
On November 2nd, they will play in Fresno, California, which may explain why their nanny was able to bring them back to New York for the delivery.
The document states that Turner will have the children for the following two weeks until November 22nd and Jonas will have them for the next two weeks until December 16th under the same conditions.
Turner will spend Christmas with her daughters as she will be with them from December 16th to January 7th and then has to take them back to New York.
A trial to resolve custody matters is scheduled for January 2nd.
Previous court filings detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas reportedly saw Turner insulting him on the Ring camera.
He filed for divorce two weeks later, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken.”
But Turner responded by filing a lawsuit in New York.
In court papers, she claimed that the couple sold their Miami home in March and bought a $9 million home near Oxford, UK, that was to be their “forever home.”
Turner went a step further in her Miami legal filings, including a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller raving about the prospect of living there.
