John Symond is selling his London apartment for an incredible $95 million.
The Aussie Home Loans founder put the home on the market just weeks after announcing he and his wife Amber McDonald were divorcing.
The businessman, whose net worth is reportedly A$780 million, bought the six-bedroom apartment in 2017, reports Mansion Global.
It was initially split between two properties for which he paid A$84 million, which were later merged into one.
Located on the doorstep of the exclusive Harrods department store, it is spread over four floors and has a private garden on the second level.

The property features two kitchens and floor-to-ceiling doors and spans an incredible 11,500 square feet.
A private office, a gym, a wine cellar and an underground car park with elevator are part of the house, as well as a waiting room exclusively for Symond's chauffeurs.
The sale comes after Symond and his wife Amber announced they were parting ways after eight years of marriage.
The 76-year-old real estate mogul and his 52-year-old wife began dating in 2011 before tying the knot in 2016.

In a joint statement to the Daily Telegraph, they said: “We begin this new chapter of our lives with deep, mutual respect and friendship for one another.”
“We are united in our love and commitment to our family.”
John and Amber, long-time charity supporters in Sydney, both have two children from previous marriages.
Amber's children come from her marriage to Patrick Keating, the son of former Prime Minister Paul Keating.
While John has two children with his ex-wife Kerrie Fox: son Stephen and a daughter named Deborah.
