Drugs, abuse and infidelities have been featured in the trial between actor Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard, which has been cited as one of the show’s most media-related grievances. The dispute was revived after she published an article in the Washington Post in which she defined herself as a survivor of domestic violence after divorcing the actor, for which he sued her for defamation, as she assures that she is her Lost work on these allegations, although – according to her version – she would have been the perpetrator, i.e. the one who physically injured him.
Some of the evidence Johnny has drawn on includes the Aquaman actress’ alleged infidelities with Tesla magnate director Elon Musk and actor James Franco. Also in 2020, suspicions surfaced that Heard had a sexual threesome with Musk and British model Cara Delevingne at Depp’s penthouse.

It was Josh Drew, Depp’s neighbor and ex-husband of Amber’s best friend Rocky Pennington, who explained that there was a relationship between the tycoon, the model and the actress. In addition, the DailyMail.com portal has obtained some images in which a woman very similar to Cara is walking up the elevator of Depp’s apartment, the same one where Musk and Heard were seen hugging.

There was talk of the possibility that Cara was summoned to testify, but now that the post-pandemic trial has been renewed, the model wasn’t summoned like Spider-Man actor James Franco. Additionally, Johny requested that his ex-wife’s conversations with Musk be used as evidence, particularly following his divorce from the actress in May 2016.
During this time, both presented witnesses and evidence of the physical violence they are said to have suffered during their 15-month relationship. “Ms Heard is not a victim of domestic violence; she is the perpetrator. The text messages Depp sent to the nurse were presented as evidence in the case. I thought you were Stephen, who I don’t really want to see because of his loss of loyalty and memory loss,” reads some of the content presented at the trial. “He tried everything to annoy me and also traveled with my wife. He’s also breaking into my fucking house like it’s fucking Grand Central Station,” he added, before further apologizing, “I’m so sorry if I bothered you.”
Later, the actor could be seen not only apologizing to the nurse for his behavior, but also inappropriately asking for medication. “If you want, you can give me some morphine to see if my tongue and p… touch.” All my love, J,” hinted at one of the chats uncovered in court.
