After five months of bariatric surgery, Jojo Todynho shared his weight loss process with his followers this Tuesday (20).
The singer has already lost more than 40 kg and continues her training and diet: “I am in love with couscous. I like it a lot and I don't get sick. I'm not eating eggs anymore because I'm getting sick because of bariatric surgery. I can't tolerate any more eggs. You start to understand what you can and can’t eat.”
Jojo also shared the difficulties: “It is a very painful process. Since I had the operation I haven't eaten feijoada, oxtail or anything very heavy like that. There is a time for everything.” And he took the opportunity to talk about relearning how to eat: “I can't stand to eat, I eat like a bird. So I learn that I have to eat the protein first because sometimes I want to eat rice and beans, then I'm full and haven't eaten the protein. Finally, Jojo talked about not being flabby: “People say I'm not flabby, it's because I do strength training. I started doing it before the surgery and I still do it.”
