The girlfriend of ‘Creed III’ actor Jonathan Majors, who called the police after he allegedly hit and choked her, has reportedly admitted she was at fault and does not want to press charges against the Marvel star.
Attorney Priya Chaudhry, who previously said she has evidence of Majors’ innocence, shared texts the unidentified girlfriend sent to Majors following his arrest on Saturday.
“Please let me know if you get this you’re okay,” she wrote in texts provided to TMZ. “You have assured me that you will not be charged.
“They said they had to arrest you for the record when they saw the injuries on me and knew we had a fight,” she continued. “I’m so angry they did it. And I’m sorry you’re in this position.
“Will make sure nothing happens. I told them it was my fault for trying to steal your phone.”
She also writes: ‘I love you’ – and after more than three hours went by with no reply from Majors, 33, she reassures him she has told police the fight between them was ‘not an assault’.
The friend added that she would do everything in her power to help Majors avoid charges or problems in court.

“I know you have the best team and you don’t have to worry. I just want you to know that I’m doing everything I can to reach my end,” she wrote.
Chaudhry has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing by her client and said her legal team expects all charges to be dropped soon.
In a statement about Majors’ arrest, the attorney said she is presenting evidence to the Manhattan Attorney’s Office to clear her client.
“This evidence includes video footage from the vehicle in which this episode took place, testimonies from the driver and others who saw and heard the episode, and most importantly, two written statements from the woman denying these allegations,” Chaudhry said.
Majors was arrested at a Chelsea apartment near West 22nd Street and Eighth Avenue after officers responded to an 911 call.
