Celebrity trainer Jono Castano is the latest Australian men’s health cover star.
The 31-year-old, whose clients include Rebel Wilson and Rita Ora, showed off his muscular muscles for the magazine’s October issue.
Jono showed off his washboard abs and Adonis-like physique as he leaned on the ropes of a boxing ring at his Sydney gym.

Jono gave the camera a sultry look as he showed off his extensive tattoo collection.
For the inside, he slipped into a pair of gray Puma shorts and Bally trainers.
Jono later donned black Acero brand shorts and an oversized orange and black jacket.

In the accompanying interview, he spoke about his split from ex-wife Amy Castano.
“I always tell people the three worst things are someone dying, someone getting really sick or getting divorced,” he said.
“I experienced that. It was a crazy time. I’ve lost who I was and gained a lot.’

The couple, who met when they were teenagers, had been together for 16 years.
Jono said he lost energy during the breakup and struggled at work, with his weight reaching 106 kilograms.
“It just got like I didn’t have the energy for anything. I was struggling at work and cut my hours dramatically,” he said.

Jono is now dating model Simone Holtznagel, who rose to fame as a contestant on Australia’s Next Top Model.
