Jordan Eberle was hit by a skate

Seattle Kraken forward Jordan Eberle was injured by a teammate’s skate during practice.

The Seattle Times learned this on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old veteran suffered a leg injury after Jaden Schartz lost his balance while riding a puck. Eberle’s cut wasn’t bleeding particularly badly, but it appeared to be fairly deep. The hockey player was then taken to the hospital to check whether his tendon was damaged.

This incident occurred just over a week after the tragic death of Adam Johnson. During an Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) duel between the Nottingham Panthers and the Sheffield Steelers, the former Pittsburgh Penguins received a rival’s blade right on the neck when the two skaters got into a collision.
