Million Dollar Listing’s Josh Flagg announces divorce from Bobby Boyd after five years of marriage: ‘It wasn’t a rash or impulsive decision’
Josh Flagg of Million Dollar Listing has announced that he and his five-year-old husband Bobby Boyd are divorcing.
The 36-year-old TV presenter broke the news to the public via an Instagram post on Friday.
“Bobby and I are getting a divorce – this may sound harsh, but I felt like I needed to be transparent on top and not bury the headline,” he began his post.

“It was not a rash or impulsive decision. We thought very hard before coming to this conclusion,” continued the leading broker in Los Angeles.
Flagg also emphasized that the breakup was amicable and they still care deeply about each other.
“It wasn’t a lack of love, but rather that the two of us grew up in different directions and wanted different things for ourselves,” he continued.

Several of Flagg’s colleagues at Bravo were quick to offer their support, with Matt Altman commenting, “So sorry to hear from these guys. You are both wonderful people.
Heather Billo Altman also left a comment saying, “I love you both so much and have so much respect for both of you.”
Krystal Kung Minkoff shared her feelings and wrote, “Love you both.”
Sad: Boyd also released a statement on Instagram, writing, “If there’s anything I can say about both of us, it’s that we both did everything we could to make it work.”
Meanwhile, Boyd, who is also a real estate agent, released his own statement on Instagram, writing, “I wouldn’t trade the last 6 years of my life for anything else. 6 years ago I met and fell in love with my best friend.”
“From the first date, we were inseparable and parted with lightning speed. Josh and I had a tumultuous love story for which I will always be grateful,” he continued.
“We both taught each other so much and learned so much about ourselves during our relationship.”
Long time: The couple got married in September 2017 after a year of dating. Prior to that, they had known each other for 10 years.
“Since the news has come out it may come as a surprise to most of you, but Josh and I have spent the last couple of months figuring this out together,” he wrote.
“We wanted it to be private between us and not about most of our friends and family. If there’s one thing I can say about both of us, it’s that we both gave everything we could to make it work.”
The couple married at the Beverly Hills Hotel in September 2017, after a year of dating. Prior to that, they had known each other for 10 years.
