Josh Hart to Rest Tomorrow Night Against Minnesota Timberwolves

The Portland Trail Blazers will give Josh Hart a rest ahead of tomorrow’s fight against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Portland will play in Minneapolis tomorrow night and again on Monday as they continue their busy road schedule at the end of the season.

Hart, 26, was one of the few veteran Blazers to take to the court after last month’s NBA trade deadline. He arrived in Portland as part of a deal that brought CJ McCollum to the New Orleans Pelicans on February 8.

In the Blazer, Hart averaged 17.5 points on 33 percent three-point shooting, as well as 5.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 steals.

He joins Damian Lillard, Eric Bledsoe, Yusuf Nurkic, Joe Ingles, Nasir Little, Justice Winslow and Didi Luzada on the sidelines.

Available players include Anferny Simons, Keon Johnson, CJ Elleby, Drew Eubanks, Ben Macklemore, Trendon Watford, Greg Brown III, Elijah Hughes and Kelgin Blevins. Probably will play and Brandon Williams.
