Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were pictured on Wednesday making their first major public appearance since the release of ex-girlfriend Britney Spears’ memoir The Woman in Me.
The 42-year-old singer and actor and the 41-year-old actress put on a united front as they held hands at a screening in Los Angeles for his new project Trolls: Band Together.
The SexyBack singer and his wife, who are parents to sons Silas, eight, and Phineas, three, stepped out in all-black ensembles on a drizzly evening in Southern California.
The 10-time Grammy winner wore a patterned black jacket over a black T-shirt, black pants and black dress shoes. For the weeknight outing, he wore a necklace and sunglasses with brown lenses and black frames.
The “7th Heaven” actress paired her hubby in a silk top and black skirt with circular silver embellishments and completed the ensemble with dark tights and black heels.

Timberlake was pictured in Cabo San Lucas last month with Biel, 41, for a fall vacation amid the fallout from Spears, 41’s book, which was released on October 24. He and his family were pictured there on October 30th.
The Memphis, Tennessee native and his Ely, Minnesota native celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary last month when they tied the knot for the first time on October 19, 2012 at the Borgo Egnazia Resort in Italy.
Their wedding took place more than five years after they were publicly announced as a couple in January 2007.
Before Timberlake, Biel was linked to actors Chris Evans, Gerard Butler and Adam LaVorgna. Before Biel, Timberlake had romances with actresses Cameron Diaz, Alyssa Milano and Jenna Dewan, as well as Spears.
Spears made headlines with her revelations about her relationship with the then-NSYNC singer, which lasted from 1999 to 2002. In her memoir, she wrote that she had an abortion after Timberlake got her pregnant.
“It was a surprise, but to me it wasn’t a tragedy,” Spears said in the fast-selling book. “I loved Justin so much. I always expected that one day we would start a family together. This was just going to happen a lot sooner than I expected.
“But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. “He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lifetime, we were way too young.”

In “Trolls: Band Together,” set to hit theaters nationwide on Friday, Timberlake reprises his voice role as Branch, which he previously played in 2016’s “Trolls” and the 2020 sequel “Trolls World Tour.”
She continued: “If it had been left to me, I would never have done it.” And yet Justin was so sure he didn’t want to be a father. To this day it is one of the most excruciating things I have ever experienced in my life.”
Amid the fallout from Spears’ revelations, Timberlake turned off his Instagram comments on October 26.
An insider told People that despite the details of their relationship being made public, Timberlake is “doing so well” as he is “happy at home with Jess and their kids and focused on new music.”
Earlier this month, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Timberlake and Biel were “as always focused on their relationship and family.”
The source added: “It was a little worrying that past incidents were brought back into the public eye, but they are making sure they are there for each other and moving forward.”
A source close to Spears told last month that Timberlake had made no attempts to contact Spears given the fallout from the revelations in her book.
“Justin hasn’t contacted Britney about this at all and won’t because he can’t tell her anything,” the source said. “She was there and is just telling it from her perspective.”
The source added: “That doesn’t mean he’s okay with it.” “Justin is not at all happy with what came out of this book.”

According to Dreamworks, the film’s plot reflects Timberlake’s boy band roots.
“Poppy finds out that Branch was once part of a boy band called BroZone with his brothers Floyd, John Dory, Spruce and Clay,” the film’s logline reads. “But when Floyd is kidnapped, Branch and Poppy embark on a journey to reunite the other brothers and save Floyd.”
