Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander took a hard hit on Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora in the second inning of Tuesday night’s game.
Alex Cora has great nerve getting upset at Verlander for trying to fix his PitchCom considering Cora is the reason we need PitchCom in the first place.

The star player fired his former bench coach at the Texas club in 2017. Cora reaped Verlander’s “sweet words” after taking the field as the shooter was fixing an issue with his PitchCom device.
This device is a wireless communication system that allows a player to request shots without using visible signals.
The Red Sox manager appeared to argue that the three-time Cy Young Trophy winner had no real technical issue and instead broke the pitching rule.
This incident didn’t bother Verlander too much, he finished the game with no runs, five hits and a walk in five innings of work. He also had nine strikeouts in the 7-3 win.
