He has since hired Samantha Spector, who represents Nicole Young in her divorce from producer Dr. Dre. TMZ claims that this is the fourth lawyer to represent him after his ex filed for divorce in February 2021.
A hearing that will approve or reject Kardashian’s request to be unmarried is scheduled for Wednesday.

Billboard reports that Kanye’s lawyers “unofficially tried to resolve these terms” with Kim’s legal team, but “significant problems remain.”
West seems worried that Kim may remarry before their divorce is finalized, according to Page Six. This concern may lead him to submit the latest documents.
In his file, Kanye asked for a “right to reimbursement”, according to which each party would be “reimbursed” if one of them died, according to Six.
