Kanye West was spotted on a relaxing outing Wednesday, having breakfast with a friend in New York City.
The 45-year-old superstar rapper was spotted at upscale French bakery Ladurée while chatting with his boyfriend over coffee.
The meeting came shortly after Kanye’s former boyfriend Kid Cudi tweeted him in a new profile about the way Kanye publicly ended their friendship over Cudi’s cozyness with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s former boyfriend, Pete Davidson, in the had blown up.

He paired the top with black cargo pants and wore Yeezy trainers in muted charcoal.
Rapper Flashing Lights appeared to be growing his beard, and he sported an especially thick one while he was in New York City.

It’s not clear if the two men were engaged in a business discussion or a personal one, although the producer’s business acumen has recently been questioned on social media.
He was widely mocked after a photo circulated showing Yeezy products sold in Gap stores displayed crumpled up in what appeared to be large garbage bags.
“This is how they sell Yeezy GAP. The seller said Ye got mad when he saw they had it on hangers and he wanted it that way,” the original report claimed. “They won’t help you find your size either, you just have to rummage through everything.”
West drew criticism from many users who expressed sympathy for Gap staff now having to deal with the unwieldy piles of messy clothing.

Kanye was a main subject of Kid Cudi’s recent Esquire cover story, in which he slammed the older hitmaker for mercilessly mocking him on social media over the past few months.
Cudi (real name: Scott Mescudi) has been the target of Kanye’s broadsides for his apparent friendship with Pete Davidson, who has been dating Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian since late last year.
In revenge, Kanye removed Cudi’s feature on his critically scorned album Donda 2 and occasionally made him a punchline in Instagram posts molesting Pete.
“I’ve been on every one of this man’s albums. He was only on two of mine. That should tell you something,’ Cudi said, to illustrate the lack of mutual respect between the two former friends. “And don’t think I didn’t ask.”
The occasional actor continued, “You know how it feels to wake up one day and look at your social media and you’re trending because someone is talking some shit about you?” said Cudi.

He didn’t retract his punches when he criticized Kanye for causing him collateral damage in his feud with Pete.
“I’m not one of your children. I’m not Kim It doesn’t matter if I’m friends with Pete or not. None of that had anything to do with me,” Cudi said. “If you can’t be a grown man and deal with the fact that you lost your wife? That’s not my damn problem. You have to own your shit like every man has in this life. I’ve lost women too. And I had to admit it. I don’t need that in my life. I do not need it.’
He also added a swipe at Drake for resuming his friendship with Kanye after years of feuding, saying the power rapper would have to “become a monk” if they were ever to put their differences aside, which he strongly doubted.

Kanye also added a jab at Cudi in tiny text at the end, indicating he ended his Rolling Loud set after onlookers threw bottles and other objects at him.
