The controversial rapper, 45, has twice posted on the subject of contracts and even invoked Lauryn Hill’s name and experience to make his point.
First, however, he posted a black photo with white writing, in which he demanded “insight into the contracts”.

He continued: “So we can or will do better deals. I’ve been beaten to a pulp and there is still no accountability.

His next post featured a picture of Hill staring up at the sky with her hair tied back and huge hoop earrings dangling down.
In the caption, he wrote: “Love is the answer, God is love. Anyone wondering what Ms Hill’s record deal looked like and why she stopped recording professionally? We’ll no longer be used to oppression You’re selling your name and picture. Let’s break free and bring back that frequency #lovespeech.’

Kanye’s latest post came as he continues to feel pressure over anti-Semitic comments he made earlier this month.

His Twitter and Instagram accounts have been restricted, and the social media platforms said they removed his posts, which online users condemned as anti-Semitic.

West owns the Yeezy brand, but Adidas pays him an annual license fee to sell the products.
