Karina Bacchi commented this Thursday (September 14) on the court decision that denies Amaury Nunes, her exhusband, the right to be recognized as Enrico’s father. In a statement sent by her lawyers, the presenter complained about the “distortion of facts and reality” and the criticism of the case “as part of a speculative narrative.”
“My client clarifies that the trial will be carried out in secret and with confidential documents, concerning the privacy and rights of minors, which must be respected throughout society in accordance with Brazilian legislation,” began the text sent to Quem.

The court battle between Karina Bacchi and her exhusband Amaury Nunes over the decision on custody of Enrico, the exactress’s son, has come to an end.
