Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner have given birth to their second child. The couple took to social media to announce the news.
Kushner posted a photo of the newborn’s face to Instagram on Thursday, with the caption saying the baby was born on Tuesday. He did not name the child.
Many notables expressed their support in the comments section, including Kate Hudson who wrote “Welcome!!!”. and added numerous emojis with raised hands. Kim Kardashian posted “Congratulations!!!!” while Gwyneth Paltrow shared a heart emoji.
Kloss, who has hosted Project Runway and appeared in Zoolander 2, tied the knot with Kushner at a wedding ceremony in upstate New York in October 2018. They welcomed their son Levi in March 2021.
Kushner is the founder of venture capital firm Thrive Capital and a minority owner of the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies. His older brother is Jared Kushner, who is married to Ivanka Trump and served as senior adviser to former President Donald Trump.
Kloss confirmed the pregnancy when the couple walked the red carpet at the 2023 Met Gala in May. When asked why she broke the news at the event, the model replied to Entertainment Tonight: “Obviously this is the most important night in the fashion world and I’m honestly surprised that I’ve been able to keep it a secret for so long. “ ”
The relationship between Kloss and Kushner was the focus of a video clip This went viral in early 2020. After the contestants were tasked with designing an outfit for Kloss, judge Brandon Maxwell told one contestant that he couldn’t imagine the model wearing his dress. This prompted the contestant to bluntly remark, “Not even to dinner with the Kushners?”
