Karoline on Militão’s Ex Lawsuit: ‘BRL 40,000 best paid’

26yearold Karoline Lima is threatened with another lawsuit. Because Tiffany Álvares, exgirlfriend of footballer Éder Militão, said she would sue the digital influencer for moral damages.

At the time, Karol said he had never lost a case, but even if he didn’t win he would pay the value of the lawsuit “with pleasure.”

According to the Segue a Cami Instagram profile, Tiffany filed a lawsuit against Karoline after the two discussed and exchanged insults on social media. She would seek compensation of R$ 40,000.

On her Instagram, Karol started the outburst by saying she would love to do a retrospective of this year to share everything that has happened to her over those 12 months.

“People feel guilty for what went wrong. It’s going to be a very shocking moment in my life to sit back and see what happened this year. How much this year I was used, manipulated, betrayed, how much my psyche was at stake and I had a lot to prove to myself. How stupid and blind I was,” she said.

Afterwards, she explained that people know practically nothing about what she went through in 2022. “They still don’t know 1% of everything that happened. Including not only this year. It started last year, but I only realized it this year. I realize every day, every day I discover something, it seems like it has no end and it’s a bottomless pit,” he said.

She also pointed out why people insist on the BRL 40,000 amount and their money so much in litigation. “I don’t know why people have so much with R$40,000 with my money but thank god I’ve never lost any kind of lawsuit or dispute. But if I have to lose, I’ll lose I like it. I will pay but it will be the best transfer I will ever make. I will not pay for nothing. Everything will go into the cake: so and so, accomplice, little friend, it will be the highest R$ 40,000 of my life,” he confessed.

In the outburst, she even addressed the issue of believing the whole story was wrong and “crazy.”

“Actually, for a long time I thought I was crazy. Stopping to think that I was wrong, that I would miss many things, acting on impulse. We keep making things in our heads when we don’t want to see what’s going on. It’s there in front of us. For a long time I really thought I was crazy, that I needed help, not because of what they did to me, but because of my reaction to it,” she said.

From the moment she started sharing with followers, friends and family, Karoline said she understood that she wasn’t “crazy,” that she felt she had a lot to endure.

“I understood that I’m not crazy. In fact, I was very good, I endured a lot. I’ve never met a person as stupid as me. Whoever died in my life in the last year has so much of it exploited me,” she recalls.

“I don’t get into a mess, a fight, an argument for nothing. I’m not going in without support, evidence, audios, videos, photos, witnesses. I don’t know why people don’t understand this. So that you come and say that’s me and what am I lying about if you want my money for free? You’re going to have to sweat a bit,” the influencer added.

Finally, Karoline also questioned why people think of mental harm in others but not in her, who faced a court case and the end of the relationship while she was still pregnant with Cecília, who was only 3 months old.

“If we’re talking about mental damage, starting on meds or whatever, why wasn’t anyone thinking about me like that when I was pregnant? Why didn’t anyone remember this empathy thing? Why didn’t anyone think it was another woman that was on the other side? Why does the pain only come from others and not from me? Why am I not worth it? Maybe the ideal thing would be if I crawled around and begged for their money, which I never did. But I’m living my life,” he enthused.

“It’s not because I seem fine that I don’t feel it. Every day I feel betrayed and every day this wound opens a little more when I think it’s closing, but nobody has empathy. I suffered the damage I needed psychological help and compensation. The very people who did this to me, who were there and hugged me, blame me for their mistakes. They blame me for my reaction but that didn’t even happen, actually I could have had more. she wants my money Well I’m not happy sometimes. Nobody gets over me anymore,” she concluded.

understand the case

During the World Cup in Qatar, Karoline uncovered a betrayal by her exboyfriend Militão with the ex of Brazilian international Tiffany Alvares.

Taking to a gossip page on Instagram, the digital influencer said the betrayal took place while she was pregnant with Militão and that Tiffany advised her.

The revelation came after Caso Família’s profile announced that the athlete had returned to following, liking and commenting on Tiffany’s photos, who also did the same on the player’s page.

“Even the longing they both had was so great that it hit me when I was still with him and pregnant. What madness! Servant of God sent me, I was looking for terrible advice,” Karoline began.

She subsequently wrote that she found out the two hooked up while she was in a relationship with the soccer player. “Later I found out that behind my back a beauty was holding him? And I was pregnant. The believer of the hollow stick and the father of the year. The most beautiful thing to see, they deserved. Soulmates,” he shot.

troubled relationship

In July of this year, Karoline ended her relationship with Militão while she was 9 months pregnant with their first daughter, Cecília. The two began dating in July last year, a month after they began relating.

Even before the end of the relationship was announced, the footballer filed a lawsuit accusing Karol of moral damages. He demanded compensation of BRL 45,000 and claimed that the influencer instigated other netizens to insult him. Cecília was born about a week later, on July 10th.

When the girl was born, the two had already announced the end four days earlier.

In October, a new lawsuit by the militão against Karol was published. He claimed to have been “surprised” by the pregnancy and offered his daughter Cecília BRL 6,060 as an annuity. According to Extra newspaper, Militão has a contract worth 6 million euros (equivalent to R$30 million) a year until 2025.

“Karol negotiated out of court with Éder about Cecília’s pension. Karol had not even consulted legal counsel and did not want this exposure. Now we need to understand the process, examine the case. We still do not have access and have not received the subpoena,” said attorney Gabriella Garcia, who syringes🇧🇷

In November, the two agreed on the height.

“I met his attorney, the one in charge of all this business. I told the story of everything that happened. She’s a sweetheart and thank God we sorted it out. It was always what I wanted, I wanted to have peace and solve everything “I was fed up with the confusion. Everything worked out, we reached an agreement that both parties were comfortable with. I’m very happy, from the bottom of my heart. It was just what I needed in my life, some peace of mind,” said the influencer.

The digital influencer even said her relationship with the athlete who was “annoyed” by her job forced her to stop working. However, the footballer said he did not want to help her financially.
