Kate Middleton on Saturday revealed pictures of herself in full military attire, along with other photos documenting her recent visit to a British Army training camp.
The posts with the pictures went live on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official Instagram Twitter feeds in recognition of the United Kingdom’s annual Armed Forces Day.
The first slide on Instagram shows Middleton, 40, in head-to-toe army gear, leaning forward while appearing to inspect a piece of equipment. In a subsequent photo, she dons a helmet while seated in a tank that is only visible from the neck up.
Accompanying the snaps was a brief statement from the Duchess of Cambridge, which read: “Today, on Armed Forces Day, William and I would like to pay tribute to the brave men and women, past and present, who serve in all our armed forces, at sea , on land and in the air, here in the UK and around the world. Thank you for all the sacrifices you and your families are making to keep us safe.”

Signs on a shed in another image indicated the location of Army Training Center Pirbright, which is about 30 miles west of London.
The text went on to explain that Middleton had paid a visit to the British military outpost.[l]last year,” and mentioned that she had the opportunity to see firsthand “how they train serving staff and new recruits.”
