Kate wore an all-black ensemble that included a sweater and tights.

The radio star paired her look with a black cap, which she wore at an angle to protect her face, and a pair of black trainers.

Kate carried a snazzy holdall, a white tote bag and her cell phone for the trip.

Ritchie exceeded the limit after she was stopped by police in her blue Subaru station wagon for a random breath test on August 22.

She was arrested immediately and taken to Maroubra Police Station, where she underwent a secondary breath analysis, which returned a positive 0.06, just a touch above the legal limit of 0.05.
