Speaking to FEMAIL, makeup artist Laura Kay, founder of Laura Kay London, explained that her skin care and makeup was “dazzling and radiant” and made the most of the natural tan the Duchess acquired in a week in the sun.

Meanwhile, hairstylist Tom Smith noted that Kate’s hairstyle is reminiscent of the intricate hairstyle she wore at the premiere of the James Bond film No Time To Die, but with additional moisture protection methods.

Tom Smith, creative director of Evo, says: “Kate looks like she’s stepped out of a fairy tale with a sophisticated and regal vibe.

“There is a lot of attention to detail and care for her hair. It really goes beyond.

“Being a member of the royal family is not too difficult to get attached to current trends, and there is always a timeless and traditional quality in all of Kate’s looks. But what is drastically different this time around is the practicality of the hairstyle itself on the head, which has become much smoother.

“You can see some more heavy use of the product. Usually with evening looks, Kate maintains a softer and more fluffy style, even when her hair is sleek or sleek.

“But in this case, she opted for an ultra-sleek style around her face for practicality in warmer climates. And all the detail is on the back of the head.

“The dress has a contrast of volume and texture. She has a really pinched waist and then exaggerated ruffles on her arms/shoulders.

“We also have that same contract in the hair, a very sleek head hugging sleek hair pulled back away from the face by the body of the hair, and then all that volume, curl and texture across the back. The contrast of smoothness and fit of the head with volume is reflected in the hair, as well as in the dress.

Stay put: Tom said the product was used to create a smooth finish on the front of the head to avoid flyaways and frizz on a hot and humid night.

“There is a very thoughtful point of view when it comes to her choice of dress and hairstyle. The lines on the dress reflect the strands in her hair when brushed away from her face. The frills are mirrored on the back of the hair. Thus, the hairstyle and dress should be combined in a single image.

“It may be a product, but there is a slight sheen that has the characteristics of a hairstyle, especially the synthetic hair visible in the strands of her ornate bun, which has been meticulously pinned up to create beautiful details.

“The hair piece could have been used to add volume to her hair as there is a lot of volume in curls. Synthetic hair not only helps create volume, but is also less prone to moisture, and I’m assuming her natural hair is tucked under those curls.

“It would save valuable time as everything would be prepared ahead of time.”

STUNNING MAKEUP SUITABLE FOR A FUTURE QUEEN

“It’s definitely a fashion moment for Kate,” says Kate. “Her makeup is dazzle and glitter. Her makeup is remarkably similar to her bridal look, with almost the same make-up elements.

“The only differences are that she opted for more glitter and shimmer on her face and used more bronze tones and medium brown eyeliner instead of her almost black signature favorite to highlight her eyes this time around.

“Kate’s complexion is radiant and her skin looks younger and younger than ever. She may have prepped for a facial and exfoliation to look brighter and improve the appearance of her skin.

“Kate topped her tan with a bb cream for maximum coverage – it’s lighter than foundation, which helps to avoid “severe parched skin.” The benefit of a bb cream is that it smooths out any blemishes and imperfections, making it ideal for this occasion.

Making a statement: Kate loves very defined brows, but softened her look with bronzed eye makeup. A smudge of pink lipstick proved to be the perfect counterbalance to the emerald dress.

“In addition, she delicately applied a dramatic creamy highlighter to her cheekbones and temples, stroking right to the inside of the brow line, which perfectly reflects the light and helps to stand out.

“The cheekbones were also covered with a little pink blush bronzer, which helps to keep youthful and fresh.

“For the eyes, she applied bronze-copper eye shadow almost to the brow line to create contrast and also highlight her tan. She opted for her signature eyeliner and mascara, which are applied thickly to the inside of her eyes.

“Her brows are making a statement and she used a brow scrub to tidy them up and fill in any gaps.

“Finally, Kate painted her lips with hot pink gloss to complete the look. Kate looks carefree and relaxed on the trip. This image really suits her and a great hint that one day she will become a future queen.
