The former glamor model, 45, was spotted with the 34-year-old hunk at Bobby's Bar after her recent split from Carl Woods.
The pair sat close together as Katie showed off her ample assets in a plunging leather catsuit.
An onlooker told The Mirror: “He came up behind her and they sat together for at least an hour.”
“They looked very comfortable together, especially when she put her arm on his shoulder.”

A source told Closer magazine: “In the past, when she was single, Katie was known to go a bit wild as a coping mechanism, so her friends are hoping she doesn't get into trouble again .”
“Kerry really encouraged Katie to slow down and take care of herself.”
The insider added: “Katie relies heavily on Kerry for support and guidance and Kerry wants to help Katie continue to transform her life this year.”
“Katie has had some low points in 2023 and it is heartbreaking that she seems unable to move on.”
It's claimed Kerry will be “blunt, honest and open” with Katie if she feels it's needed to keep her on the right path, with the source stressing: “Kerry doesn't take any nonsense.”

In July last year, Katie and Carl were reportedly planning a secret wedding. A few months later, in November, Katie was photographed trying on a beautiful white dress.
The couple has had a turbulent relationship since July 2020 and got engaged the following April.
But wedding plans were reportedly in full swing, with Katie keen to run away and “elope” with Carl, while a source claimed she was “loving the thrill of getting married”.
However, the TV personality's wedding plans do not include her mother Amy as she will not tell her when she is getting married due to her disapproval of Carl.
A source told OK! Magazine: “Katie is planning a secret wedding with Carl and a big party afterwards.” It will be soon. “She loves the thrill of getting married and wants to do it again.”
Sharing more details about their plans, they continued: “Katie really wants to elope and marry Carl at a registry office.” The children will be there, but she won't tell her mother until it's ready.
