‘He’s talented’: Kerry Katona, 42, praised Lucien Laviscount, 30, as she responded to the huge response on social media after an old photoshoot of the couple went viral on Tuesday
In conversation with OK! Magazine, Kerry explained: “Apparently my 2011 OK Magazine cover featuring my former Celebrity Big Brother roommate Lucien Laviscount went viral on social media! Lucien was very charming and obviously pleasing to the eye and it was all just a little bit of fun.’
Since appearing on the reality TV series, the Waterloo Road star Lucien has played the lead character Emily on the hit Netflix drama Emily In Paris.
Kerry confirmed she’s seen the show, adding, “I saw Lucien as Alfie in Emily in Paris on Netflix – he’s a great actor so it’s no wonder he’s being touted as the next Bond.”

“People even joked that I could have made a good Bond girl – and that just made me giggle!” She laughed.
According to a source, Lucien caught the attention of James Bond boss Barbara Broccoli and is set to become the new 007 to replace Daniel Craig.
The easygoing Burnley-born actor, 30, who landed his first role as a child model for Marks & Spencer when he was ten, is also considered the perfect age to play Bond.
Smooch: Talking to OK! Kerry explained, “Lucien was very charming and obviously pleasing to the eye, and it was all just a little bit of fun.”
Ms Broccoli has made it clear she would like the next actor to portray the character for 15 years, ruling out former favorite Idris Elba, who turned 50 in September.
It is also believed that Ms Broccoli and her team are keen to have a minority ethnic star play 007 in order for the franchise to reflect modern society.
However, some executives fear Laviscount’s appearance on reality show Celebrity Big Brother in 2011, when he placed fifth, will hurt his chances of getting the job as previous bonds have been more demanding.

Cast: He joined Emily In Paris for the second series when his British banker character swept off lead actress Emily (pictured on set with Lily Collins).
A source said: “Lucien ticks all the boxes. He is a super talented actor, extremely good looking and has gained a lot of new fans in the last 18 months since he joined Emily In Paris.
“Bond bosses are already saying how you can see him in the 007 tuxedo, how dapper and fit for the role he’ll look.
“But there’s a sticking point, and that’s Big Brother. Lucien appeared on the show at a time when his acting career wasn’t as high profile as it is today, but he was hugely popular then and now has a fan base that spans generations. This is a dream come true for Barbara who is very taken with him.”
