After missing Monday’s training session, striker Kei Kamara was back at the Olympic Stadium with his CF Montreal team-mates on Wednesday.

The 38-year-old veteran, who has been at odds with the team since earlier this year, was absent earlier this week when his plane got stuck in Detroit, he said on social media.
After asking for a swap at CF Montreal, Kamara returned to Montreal last week and trained on Friday. Head coach Hernan Losada was also unhappy with his striker’s extended leave.
According to sporting director Olivier Renard, the Sierra Leone native is unhappy with his contract at CF Montreal, which would have tried to accommodate him. By the end of the 2022 season, the team had activated the one-year option provided for in the pact.
Kamara was hired in February and had nine goals and seven assists in Major League Soccer last year.
