Kelly Osbourne was spotted pushing her newborn son Sydney – who she shares with beau Sid Wilson – in a stroller for the first time this week while she was in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old first-time mom flashed a beaming smile as she donned a pair of stylish camouflage cargo pants.

The former MTV personality was fully prepared for her duty as a mother as she carried her belongings in a chic black Prada bag.

She also carried a smaller quilted black leather Chanel purse with a chain strap slung over one shoulder.

It comes after her legendary father, Ozzy Osbourne, regretfully announced his retirement from the touring business.

Kelly kept a wary eye on her son, whose face was covered by a chic black stroller with yellow accents.

She kept toasty warm in a black hooded sweatshirt with a white heart-shaped patch on one side of the chest.

The former E! The fashion correspondent paired her ensemble with a pair of black and white Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers.

The beauty wore thick-rimmed black cat-eye glasses over her lightly made-up face.

Her thick and voluminous tresses were styled in a center part while the icy gray locks cascaded down her chest.

Osbourne first announced news she was expecting in an Instagram post last May.

She wrote to fans: “I know I’ve been very quiet the last few months so I thought I’d share with you all why.

“I’m thrilled to announce that I’m going to be a mom. To say I’m happy isn’t quite the point. I’m excited!’

Last month, Kelly expressed her frustration after her mother Sharon Osbourne confirmed Sydney’s birth and shared his name.

Sharon made the big reveal about her new grandson during an appearance on Talk TV.

The X Factor judge confessed that Kelly and DJ Sid chose the name Sydney for their baby boy.

Co-host JJ Anisiobi asked Sharon if she would help care for the newborn, to which Sharon replied, “Yes.”

“I’m not ready to share it with the world. No one but me is entitled to share information about my baby,” the TV star wrote in an Instagram Story post.

The outing comes a day after Kelly’s father Ozzy announced his retirement from touring and canceled all of his upcoming shows while he recovers from spinal surgery.

The 74-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease four years ago and has battled various other health issues in recent years.

He was due to start his European tour in May, which was originally scheduled for 2019 and then postponed three times, but it has now been officially canceled along with all other dates in the future.

Ozzy’s last tour show was in December 2018, during which he performed as part of the No More Tours II farewell tour at Ozzfest in Inglewood.

In a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday, the Black Sabbath rocker apologized for “disappointing” his fans and admitted, “I never thought my touring days would end like this.”

He confessed that seven months after spinal surgery that saved him from paralysis and amid his ongoing battle with Parkinson’s disease, he was still struggling with health issues.

He explained, “This is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you may all know, four years ago this month, I had a serious accident that damaged my spine.

“My only goal during that time was to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine. But after three surgeries, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions and the latest breakthrough Cybernics (HAL) treatment, my body is still physically weak.”
