Kerry Katona went braless on Thursday to reveal the results of her third breast reduction surgery, after previously admitting she regrets getting a free breast job last year.
The 41-year-old OnlyFans star had her old implants removed and had a breast lift to ease back pain caused by her large chest.
Pall Mall Cosmetics shared a picture of Kerry’s new look on their Instagram and wrote, “How amazing are the results of Kerry’s implant removal and lift procedure by our wonderful Mr. Prasad!”

They continued, “Kerry came to Pall Mall suffering from pain and discomfort in her back due to her previous implants being too large for her size.
“Following her surgery at Pall Mall, Kerry is feeling better than ever and no longer suffers from back pain.”
Just three months ago she shared the results of her second reduction after being unsatisfied with a procedure in 2021.

In a recent YouTube video, Kerry said, “I had an implant put in last year and I don’t know why I did it. I love freebies and need to learn to stick to goodie bags only!
“Honestly, I’ve been sliced and diced so many times I don’t even believe this is my arm anymore. I’m like a human Frankenstein.
“I come in a flat pack with IKEA instructions to put together in the morning!”
Kerry claimed she’s getting her “bad boys” reduced because they “stick their head in” and give her back pain because of her “way too big” C cup size.
She added: “Every time I put on a sweater I feel like you know the Honey Monster in the Sugar Puff ad? That’s how I feel!
“So today I get a discount and I’m very, very excited, but I’m also very, very nervous.”

Kerry, who has amassed 114 followers since her new YouTube channel launched on Sunday, also filmed herself in her hospital gown just before the surgery.
The sleepy star was also caught on camera after waking up, where she quipped that she had “no boobs” after downsizing to a C cup.
Kerry recently admitted she feels like a “swollen beach whale” after indulging in delicious food and cocktails while on holiday with her family in Mallorca.
Admitting that she’s been struggling with her recent weight gain, the TV personality insisted she doesn’t know why she’s “so puffy,” revealing that she feels like she’s currently in someone else’s body Person.
Discussion about her appearance in new! Magazine, Kerry said: “I know I don’t look the greatest, but it is what it is. I don’t think I’m fat, it’s just that my body is swollen and I don’t know why.”
Kerry revealed that she believes her legs and abdomen are the most affected and she will try lymphatic drainage and water retention to help resolve the issue.

She continued: “I’ve gained a hell of a lot of weight this holiday but that’s just normal and I’m just embracing it. All I did on vacation was eat and drink shit.
“We were there for two weeks and ate out every night. Some nights we stayed home and got takeaways like pizza and fries.’
Kerry doesn’t normally drink alcohol but revealed she also indulged in sugary strawberry daiquiris and Sex On The Beach drinks while out with fiancé Ryan Mahoney and their kids.
The reality star, who is currently 12 and wears a dress size 12-14, revealed that her partner loves her no matter what her figure is, saying: “Ryan always thinks I look good. He loves my big butt.’
Kerry admitted that while she has “body issues,” she doesn’t have an eating disorder, but feels down after abusing her body with an unhealthy diet.
Noting that surgery could also be to blame, she said: “I think I’ve done so much to my body and that’s why it’s so swollen, I sliced and diced it – I’m like a flat IKEA.” But I would definitely consider liposuction again because why not? I haven’t had it done in about 10 years so I think I’m a bit overdue.
