Ed Sheeran got into a car on Friday (5/5/23) to perform an impromptu concert on the streets of New York.
The 32-year-old hit parade star wowed passers-by by jumping on the hood of a vehicle parked in front of her pop-up store in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood and singing songs for the crowd.
The crowd gathered in front of the “Ed Sheeran – The Subtract Experience Pop-Up” and the singer serenaded them with songs like “Perfect.” Priscilla Ignacio, a viewer, told Web: “It was really nice and amazing to see him play for the people in the street. »
The performance came a day after Ed won a $100 million legal battle over his track “Thinking Out Loud.”
Ed was accused of copying elements of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On” and was sued by the heirs of the song’s co-writer Ed Townsend.
The singer has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and the case ended on Thursday (5/4/23) with Ed being cleared of the plagiarism charge.
