Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner have settled their divorce.

After a four-month legal battle, the 68-year-old actor and his 49-year-old ex-wife reached an agreement. The Yellowstone star’s team had already won several key points, including paying $63,000 per month in child support, as opposed to Christine Baumgartner’s previous demand of $248,000 per month.
After a two-day hearing this month in Santa Barbara, California, the judge sided with Kevin Costner, TMZ reports.
During the hearing, the judge made it clear that the former couple’s prenuptial agreement would apply. He added that if Christine Baumgartner appealed the decision, she would have to reimburse the actor more than $1 million and pay his legal fees. She reportedly agreed to the terms this weekend and signed a three-page settlement agreement. Sources also told TMZ that she received more than what was stipulated in the prenuptial agreement.
The handbag designer filed for divorce from Kevin Costner in early May after 18 years of marriage. Her divorce quickly became complicated as she demanded large sums of money, including support for her three children. In addition, a judge ordered the designer to leave their home at the beginning of July. The couple married in 2004.
