She said the actor needs to pay more child support “so the kids can have comparable vacations when they’re with her.” That’s true even if the child support payments also improve Christine’s lifestyle — which she believes is the standard required by California family law .

She added that the higher amount “won’t be enough to replicate Kevin’s lifestyle, but it will be enough to allow her to provide the kids with a relatively comparable lifestyle.”

Baumgartner claims that Kevin’s average cash flow over the past two years has been $19,248,467 per year, which works out to $1.6 million per month.

She also claims that he made $11 million from Season 4 of Yellowstone, $10 million from Season 5, and is projected to make $12 million from the upcoming movie Horizon. She said he will earn another $12 million to continue the film.

Baumgartner currently lives in a $40,000-a-month temporary rent in Montecito and said in the filings, “Unlike Kevin’s Beach Club Compound, the September rental is on the mountain side of the freeway.” It doesn’t have direct beach access, is also not within walking distance to the beach and does not have scenic views.”

This comes after Costner claimed he “didn’t know for sure” if his estranged wife Baumgartner was having “extramarital” affairs, but stated that he was faithful throughout their marriage.

The Yellowstone actor also recently claimed that his ex is intentionally trying to “delay” their divorce.

In a new legal filing received by People, the mother-of-three has asked for more documentation proving Costner’s finances.

The inquiries included, among other things, “expenses paid by you or another person at your request or on your behalf in connection with extramarital affairs.”

In response, the star’s legal team stated that the request “is made for the purpose of harassment only, is overly broad in scope and subject matter, distressing, distressing and unacceptably complicated.”

His attorneys went on to say that Christine’s and her attorneys’ motion was “not relevant to the facts” because there was “no common property” between the former couple regarding their separation.

Costner and his team also added that he “doesn’t know for sure if.” [Christine] had any “love affairs outside of marriage” prior to the breakup, and if so, whether she spent any of his money or charged expenses to further her affair(s) on the credit cards he paid for.”

The star’s lawyers explained: “[Kevin] has no response documents for “extramarital romantic relationships” he has entered into because he has not entered into any.”

According to the medium, New York marriage and family law attorney Marilyn B. Chinitz said Christine’s request was “not unusual.”

But added: “The requirement for ‘expenses related to extramarital affairs’ should be dismissed as irrelevant and harassing and amounts to nothing more than a fishing trip.”

But in May, after nearly 19 years of marriage, Christine filed for divorce, reportedly leaving the Hollywood star “taken by surprise.” It came as an “unpleasant surprise,” a source told People at the time.

Their divorce quickly turned dire, and his estranged wife recently claimed that Kevin “withheld” his financial records of his $400 million fortune during their divorce.

The designer said in legal documents filed Monday in California Superior Court that the Oscar-winning actor withheld documents in the case, People reported Wednesday after reviewing the legal documents.

Earlier this month, on August 19, both Kevin and Christine were spotted separately in Santa Barbara, California, making statements amid their ongoing divorce battle.

Christine moved out of her $145 million mansion after being ordered to vacate the property by the end of July and has since resided in a makeshift home in Santa Barbara.
