Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, says the actor “withheld” his financial records while the divorce was ongoing.
The 49-year-old Baumgartner, who filed for divorce from the Yellowstone star on May 1 after 18 years of marriage, said in legal documents filed Monday with the California Supreme Court that the 68-year-old Oscar-winning actor withheld documents in the case have, People reported Wednesday after reviewing legal documents.
Baumgartner, who has publicly feuded with Costner about their living arrangements since the split, has requested documents detailing “his future endeavors and expected income” in projects such as his upcoming Horizon film series.

Baumgartner, who the court awarded $129,755 a month in child support in July, said she felt pressured to sign the prenuptial agreement, which promises her a $1.5 million payout if she gets married.
In legal documents, Baumgartner’s attorneys said that Costner “requested a multi-day evidentiary hearing.” [Baumgartner’s] application for child support; at that time the court receives evidence of this [Costner’s] Gross cash flow available for support and expected future revenue.

Baumgartner’s legal team cited materials that they believe show how Costner’s attorneys resisted a solicitation of documents detailing his potential earnings at Horizon.
An attorney for the Bull Durham actor said the request is “seeking documents that are not relevant considering the parties entered into a prenuptial agreement” that “provided for a limitation on spousal support and provided that all during income earned by marriage is the separate property of the spouse who earns it.” the income and the provision of no common property.”

Baumgartner has also sought $9,000 in legal fees, which she incurred as a result of the specific portion of the divorce in which she requested Costner’s documents regarding Horizon.
