Kevin Costner’s tenants: I never met Christine!!! … “I’m just a guy who paid my rent”

The tenant Kevin Costner allegedly confronted with his estranged wife over a cozy relationship, speaks up… and tells us things have never been sexual Christine Baumgartner.
We have Daniel Starr As he exited a Starbucks in Ventura on Wednesday, our photographer asked him bluntly if he ever met the actor’s estranged wife while he was staying at Costner’s guest house on the beach in Carpenteria.
It’s not a random question… The Sun reports that Kevin confronted Daniel about his relationship with Christine, claiming the two spent a lot of time together at the property when Kevin wasn’t filming. Daniel denies that there was a confrontation.
Daniel tells us that they never met and that they were just friendly with each other.
According to Daniel, there are no problems here… he says he has no problem with Kevin, even though he moved out a few months before the end of his 12-month lease.
Daniel says he only had a landlord-tenant relationship with Kevin… and he’s hoping the estranged couple can find a solution her divorce mutually for the benefit of their children.

While it seems like Daniel had a front-row seat by the end of Kevin and Christine’s marriage, he doesn’t want to speculate on what led to the breakup… and it sounds like he does just draw a clear line.
As we reported…Kevin claims it is Christine refused to go the house and she wants now $248,000 a month in child support.
The divorce is ugly, but Daniel says he just wants peace for everyone involved.
