Comedian Katt Williams has reignited his feud with comedian/actor Kevin Hart, making some extremely inflammatory comments on Shannon Sharpe's YouTube show Club Shay Shay.
Hart responded, calling the comments “sad” but using the moment to promote his upcoming Netflix film.
Williams didn't hold back on the Sharpe show.
“In 15 years in Hollywood, no one in Hollywood can remember ever going to a sold-out Kevin Hart show, having a line up for him, ever getting a standing ovation at any comedy club,” Williams said.
Later in the lineup, Williams faced Hart again.
“For five years, every single movie Kevin Hart made was a movie that sat on my desk and I just said, 'Can we get some of that Stepin Fetchit shit out there and then I can do it?' “'” Williams said.
“As if it doesn’t necessarily have to be gay, because I’m not gay, right? That doesn't have to be funny, does it? And I say that and they say, “Oh yeah, no problem,” and then they give it to this other guy and let him just do it the way it was and act like I'm a bad person for continuing My point of view is standard. Yes, it's interesting, but I wouldn't change it for the world. I’m also on the winning side of these decisions.”
Hart shot back at X.
“I have to ramp up the anger beyond the champion… It’s honestly sad,” Hart wrote. “In the meantime…. Enjoy MY MOVIE TRAILER for my next film “LIFT” which will be released in 8 days on @netflixin!!!!
“There's a moment in the trailer where @gugumbatharaw says, 'They really love you'… I now know she's talking about 'Katt,'” he added.
