Home Alone fans were shocked to learn that Succession star Kieran Culkin was starring in the family film alongside his brother Macaulay Culkin.
After winning Best Actor at the Golden Globes over the weekend, Kieran, 41, was featured in an Instagram post from the Screenthrill account.
The post featured a shared image above of young Kieran as Kevin McCallister's cousin Fuller in the hit Christmas film, with a snap of Kieran accepting his award below.
The caption read “Kieran Culkin is now a Golden Globe-winning actor” and the post sent fans crazy in the comments.
“Why didn't I know that was his brother!!!” WHAT!!!?' one person exclaimed, while another wrote: “I was a year old today when I found out that was Macaulay's brother!?”

The Jesse Armstrong-directed dramedy, along with Oppenheimer, dominated the winning categories, with Succession taking home awards for Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Female Lead and Best Television Series.
At the 81st annual ceremony at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, stars and performers including Kieran, Sarah Snook, Frank Rich, Jesse, Matthew Macfadyen, Nicholas Braun, Alan Ruck and J. Smith-Cameron took the stage to accept the gongs.
Kieran – who stars as the youngest Roy sibling, Roman – beat out his co-stars Brian Cox and Jeremy Strong to win best actor. In his speech he said: “This is not mine, this is for the team.” It has been said, but it is a team effort, this show.”

Matthew picked up the Best Supporting Actor award for his role as Tom Wambsgan and said: “I loved every second of playing the weird and wonderful human blob of Tom Wambsgan,” while his wife Sarah appears on screen , won Best Actress.
Succession, which first aired in 2018, tells the story of the murderous Roy family, led by Brian's character Logan, as they fight for control of the world's largest media conglomerate following the patriarch's resignation.
In the final episode of Succession, the fate and future of the Roy children and the company their late father Logan founded were at stake.
