Kim Kardashian advised Paris Hilton ahead of surrogacy process

Kim Kardashian has been quietly helping Paris Hilton throughout her surrogacy journey, a source tells Page Six exclusively.

While the hotel heiress publicly revealed on a podcast in 2021 that the Kardashians star, who used to work as Hilton’s closet organizer, recommended IVF doctors to her, we can reveal that Kim also helped her through the surrogacy process.

“Kim gave her some advice,” our insider shares. “About IVF, surrogacy, doctor’s recommendations, etc.”

A Hilton representative declined to comment.

The 41-year-old Simple Life alum announced Tuesday that she and husband Carter Reum have welcomed their first child together – a baby boy.

Hilton, who married Reum in November 2021, did not share the baby’s name or birthday.

Kim, 42, gave birth to her two older children, North and Saint, herself, but welcomed her second two children, Chicago and Psalm, with Kanye West as her surrogate after she was diagnosed with preeclampsia.

While she has no regrets about using a surrogate, Kim admitted that not carrying two of her children was extremely “tough” for her.

“Having a pregnancy carrier is definitely different, but anyone who says or thinks it’s the easy way out is dead wrong,” Kim wrote on her now-defunct website.

“People assume it’s better because you don’t have to deal with the physical changes, pain or complications of childbirth, but it’s been so hard for me not to have my own child, especially after having North and Saint had carried out,” Kim wrote.

Kim’s sister Khloé also used a surrogate when she welcomed a baby boy with ex Tristan Thompson. It’s unclear if she made the decision to use a surrogate after fertility issues, or if it was a personal preference after giving birth to daughter True Thompson.
