As Kim Kardashian and ex-Kanye West continue their nasty divorce battle, the couple’s premarital wedding has finally been revealed.
The duo, which reportedly signed the agreement a few months before their wedding in May 2014, are currently arguing over the validity of the document Ye wants to be released.
Kim filed for divorce from the father of her children last February, citing “insurmountable differences” as the reason for the separation, and the two have been fighting ever since.
Since then, the reality star has continued with her boyfriend comedian Pete Davidson and criticized Kanye for his constant public discussion of their personal lives.
She is ready to finalize their divorce and recently applied for reinstatement of her unmarried status, using premarital marriage as part of her petition.
Ye’s continues to work to delay the divorce, with his latest strategy being to challenge the validity of the prenuptial agreement between him and Kim, arguing that it should not be maintained.
Details of the 2014 document have already been revealed as the two continue to fight for it in court.
Received by Radar, the prenuptial agreement states that any property that Kim or Kanye bought independently during their marriage will remain their own separate property.

If they bought property together, which Kim claims they did not, it will be considered a shared asset.
Each of them already has their own homes in their marriage, as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alumnus had her house in Los Angeles for $ 9 million, and Ye had a home in LA and an apartment in New York.
Each of them agreed in the document to cover their own mortgages.
The duo’s tax returns in the years before the agreement were also shared, with Kim reportedly having a federal tax return of $ 9.1 million in 2011 and $ 8.4 million in 2012.
Kanye, meanwhile, had a tax return for 2011 of $ 1.9 million and an income tax return for 2012 of $ 4.6 million.
The premarital marriage also states: “Kim was fully supported at the time she began dating Kanye and has been fully supported since the date of this agreement.”
The document later added: “Nothing contained in this Agreement may be construed as exempting any of the Parties from the legal obligation to maintain a child or children of the Parties.
“In the event of separation or dissolution of marriage, the obligations of that Party to support each child of the Parties shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California.”
Now Kim is trying to show the premarital court that there is no reason for her ex to delay their divorce, as most of the things were settled before they even got married.
As such, the rapper is now forcing his lawyer to challenge the validity of the agreement.
The lawyer wrote: “California prenuptial agreements concluded on or after January 1, 2002, are presumed invalid.
The lawyer added that “the presumption of invalidity exists until it is rejected in the process or the parties ratify the agreement”.
A source told The Sun that the father of four had only recently begun to take his ex’s threats of divorce seriously, even though she filed a petition a year ago.
Kim and Pete’s romance was obviously a wake-up call for Kanye, who then realized that filing for Kim was a serious divorce.
“He’s really starting to hit Kanye,” an insider told The Sun exclusively.
They added, referring to Kim’s mother: “He says he does not have the support system he had before.
“Chris [Jenner] he was like his mother and a great support and now he feels he has lost her too.
“Kim said you would either get the help you needed or I would leave.” She collapsed.
“But he didn’t take her seriously to Pete, and it was a little late.”
Disappointment with Kim and Pete’s relationship sparked numerous online outbursts from Ye, who called Pete “k ** kglav” and insisted that the comic “will never meet” the four children the rapper shares with Kim.
Ye has made numerous attempts to reunite his family, begging Kim to take him back.
