Kim Kardashian jokingly fires back after being left out of family Christmas video – HuffPost

Leave Kim Kardashian out of the Kardashian-Jenner clan's vacation video? How rude.

Over the weekend, fans noticed that the Skims founder was missing from an adorable Christmas-themed Instagram video with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and mother Kris Jenner.

In the clip released Sunday, each family member showed off their lip-syncing skills to Ariana Grande's “Santa Tell Me” by taking turns singing the song's lyrics in a series of solo takes.

“We couldn't find Kimberly,” Kylie joked in the post's caption, even though the video was filmed at Kim's house.

Of course, the second oldest Kardashian sister couldn't let her siblings get away with overlooking her.

“Ummmm hosting is a lot of work and this is my favorite song!!!!” the 43-year-old wrote, apparently explaining why she went missing. The shapewear mogul added: “Haterssss.”

Fans flocked to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts on the famous family without Kim.

“It won’t be an icon without Kimberly, please shoot again [laughing faces]” wrote one person.

Another asked: “Has anyone found anything? [Kim]? I am anxious.”

Someone else joked that Kim “was in the bathroom” and that the family “could have waited.”

This year, Kim took on the role of hostess at her family's annual Christmas party. As TMZ reports, she held the star-studded gathering at her home in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Like everything Kim does, the holiday soiree had more than a little flair.

In an Instagram video posted before the party, the fashionista gave her fans a sneak peek at how she went all out for the winter wonderland celebration.

In the clip, the law student previewed her home's lavish decorations, including her yard covered in fake snow, where guests later went on sleigh rides, and the dozens of festive Christmas trees that lined the hallways of her apartment.

Despite having a lot of fun, Kim insisted on social media that she went the sustainable route with her gifts this year.

“I just wanted to show you guys that I used Skims cotton fabric for my packaging this year and I'm going to reuse it,” Kardashian said on Instagram on Thursday, Marie Claire and New York Magazine reported.
